This stuff is making me less angry and more disappointed and numb at this point. Cause nothing gets done about it. Nor will anything ever be done about it. Even when they’re out of office, there will be no consequences for their political strategy of lie after lie after lie.

It’s like a lot of companies these days. Especially the ones owned by the absolute richest billionaires. It’s good at being a company. I bet the execs at Fanatics got insane bonuses at the end of last year. It’s probably really good at that too.

I really don’t think there’s a way. I know the algorithm sways opinion, but I still ultimately blame the person for putting themselves in an echo chamber, not something that happened to them. And I have no clue how to change such cold hearts and minds.

I knew the Iceland Greenland difference, what D2 really taught me was the existence of Tobago. I had hear of Trinidad, but I was curious of what this whole “and Tobago” situation was all about.

In terms of solutions to Trump and his tyranny, maybe a lot of smart people aren’t thinking dumb enough. All we gotta do is give him a fake peace prize on behalf of all immigrants. ICE would be gone within a week. He’s laying it all out for us.

I love these sentiments, but they kind of stop right before that now do this part? Besides voting and protesting, which we are doing, I imagine they mean taking up arms. That would such a bloodbath for everybody involved. Just wanna hear ideas beyond “do something”.

I’d say let’s do both. They need to be held accountable, but accountability happens after a terrible incident. Train more AND hold them accountable. Or do the best thing, get rid of ICE all together.

I don’t know many people that thought it was a bad show at all. I’m hearing cultural impact thrown around a lot. Probably because an avatar movie is out. Maybe it’s my age, but if I enjoy something, I’m not sure why I’m supposed to care how many other people were impacted.
