Today feels like a wasted day. I need to sort my life out but there isn’t a good app

Sleep will not find its way to my humble abode without the help of some unhealthy cabs but there is none of that in this house because I decided to be healthy two days ago. A cheese and tomato toastie would be a dream

Finally finished reading anxious people. Can’t sleep, I am the anxious person now. They all had their happy endings while I was subjected to seeing videos of people whom make me anxious. I want to bang her head against a wall while explaining to her how wrong what she did is.
