My anytime meal:
2 small red potatoes - peeled, sliced, diced
3 green onions - diced
1/2 small zucchini - sliced, diced
1 cup - tofu - sliced, diced
1 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon-ish - salt free lemon pepper seasoning
Sauté - serve with 2 Tablespoons of med picante sauce
mmm
