New Soup!
I've been roasting tomatoes more often, covering them in salt, pepper, basil, oregano and olive oil.
Treat this more as a guideline than anything. Soup's versatile. You can do it entirely with roasted tomatoes (add more stock to make up for less liquid) or entirely canned.

Friend recommended I make simple Apple Turnovers.
Some blowouts, I'm not great at leaving extra space to fold and seal puff pastry, but the consensus is that these were delicious.

Anyway I made Chutney last month, and some more this week. It's exceptionally easy but also time consuming.

Anyway, CBT/BB is over, but not long after I was feeling out making a couple of new characters, Ollie (left) and Dess/ie (right) who are both equally embarrassed about being nude and whacky antics ensue. I should pick them back up sometime.
