Robots shape public opinion. Even when we can't afford groceries. Its easier to starve than argue with stinging bee bots. They swarm and sting any descent. Any reason. Any reality. Way to go MAGA.

Lack of compassion for others always comes home to roost. Evil eats its own, every time. And every MAGA supporter knows it. Except for the BOTS, they don't care. An army of soulless ghosts.

Like garlic for vampires, compassion is poison to a culture built on survival and selfish gain.
But the light continues to shine, even in the darkest of times. Love neighbors. Treat others as you would be treated, with patience and kindness.

At some point instinct and its ugly cousins addiction and materialism just aren't enough motivation to get out of bed. Then the search for meaning and purpose gain value.

I also pray for the hardened hearts that enable and directly cause suffering. Soften our hearts, open us to the possibility of Grace.

So my prayer this morning is for those who suffer. Inspire us to meet our needs, challenging the cruelty that brings the suffering, and bringing assistance where we can.

Government food assistance helps subsidize lower cost goods and services where unskilled labor are employed. In spite of the inflation added by tarrifs.

Praying this morning, but not so much for intervention as inspiration. Alot of people and churches and charitable organizations are rising up to meet the suffering that the government is causing. Many of the families on food assistance do work, at places like Walmart.

Cruelty is the point, and it spits in the face of Christ's self sacrificing love for humanity. This nation is not under God's protection.

Here's the thing. Fights are won and lost. Voices are raised and silenced. Children are born, and elders fade. Truths and lies are shouted with conviction, for a moment. People are hurt. People heal. Or not. Only love abides.
