It breaks my heart because there's so much pressure at Christmas to buy. We really need to get away from this expectation. There are so many great traditions replacing it with connection and community! So much better than spending your rent money.

I tell people I'm out on the gifts but occasionally I get one anyway, I much prefer buying something that someone would love and just give it then pressure buy, that's just rediculous. Then there are those who can't pay rent because of over spending 🙄 our kids need us, and not much more.
