I will try to do this, when I see patients with this kind of hair, or if their hair is just really long, I try to braid it. They will never know it's you, but it saves them some peace later.

I keep a bag in my freezer and put my clean food scraps in it. Once it gets full and make a veggie broth with it. I also added my leftovers Chicken bones just for convenience. Super easy. #nowaste #veggiebroth #chickenbroth
