The skinny trend does not need to come back! Might be natural for some people, but women like me get thicker the more they go to the gym 😭 at first, I thought my arms were flabby, but that’s solid muscle, baby!

I'm excited to turn my office into a Haven, and I've found a fun way to decorate - food themed art featuring my past safe foods! It's a celebration of my journey with ARFID, ADHD, and Autism and my desire to improve my relationship with food. Oh, and I scored these handmade pieces on Etsy!

Diagnosed with ADHD & Autism in June, but I JUST sat down to read the full report.
It made me sad. I didn’t think I was that bad. There were even quotes from my interview responses, and it’s disturbing.
Don’t feel bad for me, though. I’m still cool AF!
