At least you tried. Creative stuff like this becomes kinda addictive to me, so I imagine I'll be cursing at myself for trying a larger one soon enough. 😅

Do you use low loft for the batting? I feel like that might be the only way to do a big quilt.

Ooh, I'll look that up - I'm still so new I don't know the vocabulary. Lol, and that is funny! Framing was one of my fav jobs, always around art and artistic people. It gave me a bit of an eye and made me realize how expensive art should be when the frame alone costs so much. 😅

I was considering a sort of double edging (I think that's the term) where I go with a thin 1/4" line of the green and then a wider more neutral color, but I'm not sure it would be as precise as I'd like. I used to be a framer and double matting has a nice look (but paper is much less finicky).

I fought to be heard by every Endo who kept telling me my thyroid meds were too HIGH. The labs were clearly LOW. I had a drop of iodine today and I cleaned my house and feel like I'm in a warm, loving cocoon after days of bitchiness and OCD. This is fucking infuriating. Endocrinology has failed.
