I'm of the opinion Steam's system here is better than if they tried to police it themselves.
The reviews have a useful rating set by the community votes. I think that is meant to squash these types of reviews.

I am not defending the person who wrote this.
But the review is explicitly about the game itself, it's content.

That is why it is a valid review to Valve.
If they had a more nuanced policy, they would likely end up invalidating reviews we respect along with the trash.

I am a lifetime Nintoddler but I fucking hate Nintendo. I sold my Switch 1 this past summer and don't regret it.

I've never completed #AdventOfCode before, but I really want to do it this year.
I also want to in general, program more. I'm happy to do web development for work, but I'm sick of it.
I was laid off in September and am hoping I can find the energy to enjoy programming again.

I'm happy Proton works so well, but I'm so disappointed the Linux ecosystem cannot make a stable environment for games.
I still blame glibc for this.

I don't want a world where most people begin gaming on Linux, but every single game runs on and is developed on Windows architecture
