#California motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians should NOT have to worry about being mowed down by a repeat offender drunk driver. That's why we're proud to support passage of #AB366. Ignition interlock devices help save precious lives.

CA’s IID program lets DUI offenders drive only if they prove they’re sober. It’s smart, it’s effective, and it’s set to expire by the end of 2025.

#AB366 stops repeat DUIs, saves lives, and gives people a legal, responsible path forward.

Unless we act, the law that requires IIDs for DUI offenders will sunset at the end of 2025.

#AB366 will renew and strengthen the program and keep our communities safe. Don’t let this program disappear.

#AB366 gives us the tools to save lives here in California — starting now.
