Dear Everyone As I take pause to reflect on 2025 I certainly recognise it this year has been an interesting one for many reasons that are impossible to name. While it has presented joys and opportunities in relating to connecting with past family members and work success .It has also presented challenges in relation to job losses, health and financial pressure as well as increased sadness in relation to the loss of loved ones and friends as shown by the recent events of the Bondi Beach Shooting.

I was admitted to hospital on 26th September 2025 for a Brain Biopsy and MRI as a result of a MRI scan in August 2025 that identified increased inflammation on the brain. Symptoms that had increased over time following my intial diagnosed condition of Eplipesy in 2022 with the symptoms that involved random localised seizures every year. However the specified medical condition was unknown, despite further medical admissions and many tests since February 2024.

Hi all. During the time of growing up and living in Culcairn (a small rural country town in Southern NSW Australia) in the 1970s and 1980s . I really appreciated the way we all paused and made time for each other. Particularly in relation to pausing and listening rather than insisting that our voice was the only one to be heard.

Imbecile I first heard this song in the 1990s. I found this song after surviving an awful 12 months of being bullied by someone while I was serving as a volunteer at that organisation under that person who held a key leadership position I was responsible for reporting to. The person simply did not like me, felt threatened with what I did and wanted the power and control.
