Took my measurements and in three months I've lost:

4.5 inches off the bust
3.5 inches off the underbust
5.25 inches off the waist (!!)
3.5 inches off the hips

Facebook refreshed right after I grabbed that photo and the post disappeared

I shouldn't have to call to get my refund when they're already aware of the issue and I definitely don't want to talk to a customer service rep who's probably sick of having this same conversation for the past week.

And today, no significant changes on the servicer's site but FSA is now showing the original principal amounts + interest outstanding on all my loans, including the two that I had paid off.

I'm just documenting the process. It's weird.
