I disapprove of Proton's sign in for that reason, since anyone you sent an E-Mail to knows half your login info.

Though I would recommend aliases. From a security standpoint, it doesn't matter sadly since E-Mails are often publicly shown, which I hate, since they are used as a part of login.

Pro tip, use strict typing, and make sure that your line numbers are green; it's gonna save you a lot of troubleshooting later :3

I have not tried obsidian sync, so I don't know what their cloud features are like, but I can always sync files over proton drive, if needed.

If anything seems suspicious and scam like, at least to me personally, it's the 3D modeler account uploading AI generated 2D slop.
