DEI isn't about getting rid of unfair employment practices. They aim to restore the dominance of White men. We see clear proof by who Trump installs in positions of power. These are not qualified people. They uphold White Supremacy and patriarchy. Not a hot take.

Chinese tones are giving me a lot of frustration but also quite a bit of silly laughter.

Of the language apps I've tried, I prefer Rosetta Stone because it has a fast pace and you decode written and spoken language. However, there needs to be more encoding practice, which is missing from all the language apps, but shouldn't be with current speech recognition software.
