Respectfully, this take is quite silly. Barack Obama embraced the term “Obamacare” in 2011. Democratic supporters of the law call it Obamacare all the time.

This strikes me as correct. The data show that a significant share of the Dem internal unfavs comes from voters who see their party as an ineffective opposition to Trump. If that’s your view you’ll probably still be motivated to turn out and vote against his party.
