Oh yeah, that’s the idea! An ex girlfriend taught me to make them with very ME-NA fillings, and I thought a fusion of Mexican filling would be fun and new! 🤤

it's my own homemade recipe! a dozen tomatillos, a couple serranos (one with/one without seeds), a couple poblanos, pumpkin seeds, hominy, garlic, onion, cumin and coridander. it all gets blended together then mixed with shredded chicken :)
