We did this too and had the exact same response. We'll just trade in the parking lot and learn to preserve foods for long term.
We got a Costco membership for the first time in our lives today. They asked why & I said because treat your workers well, you value diversity, & you didn’t cave in to authoritarian demands. He said: “We’ve been getting lots of folks saying that, thanks for joining.”

Trans people are frustrated that their needs are regarded as a frivolous liability & that when they're driven to their graves they aren't even allowed their own names on their headstones. Wow, so after two months of communications and waiting, it's not possible for PayPal to change your name on your account and have all of the information not just show your dead name. Thankfully, I can survive not doing business with them.
