I'm not gonna compare it in every way to Final Fantasy Tactics but I saw an interview with the English Delita voice actor and director. Delita's VA said he'd read a line and the director would say "OK but now read it like you're the hero". You need that level familiarity for a good dub.

They included the WotL animated cut scenes with the new voice actors in the chronicles menu as well and that absolutely seals the deal for me.
