Okay, but there are probably organizations local to you that could also use donations and participation. Ones that directly help people. Dems have corporate donors and any mutual aid organization in your area very likely would appreciate that. Especially when people are struggling with food.

I agree, I just think the way you phrased the first definition of authority in the post was describing expertise. I think there's people who ascribe expertise and ability the same as authority.

If you think I the only way to for you beat facism is by voting Democrat, I implore you to expand your imagination and knowledge of what political involvement looks like. Democrats are well funded without your donations.
