They look great! How did you create them?

Are there any theme parks with decent food anywhere?

I've seen this so many times that I no longer let LLMs run any command without permission.

I'm curious btw, does microlink generate your link previews during hugo's build time?

That said, if you need to handle the remaining 5% websites that block bots, or want to squeeze the HTTP response size down from ~15 KB to 1 KB, then yea running unfurl on a server makes sense. You can cache per-website rules and do other fancy stuff.
December 23, 2025 at 9:37 PM
Yea, probably! unfurl is a kotlin library so you could run it on a server too, but it depends on what you're optimizing for.

With the latest release, it is fast enough that speed & bandwidth shouldn't be a concern. It handles 95% of websites, with no server to maintain or 3p service to depend on.

That's exactly how I felt when we saw Way of The Water: it was almost the same story as Avatar 1. 😄

Ah okay. My wife doesn't use Siri so long-pressing the power button brings up options for turning off her phone.

Does long pressing the power button not work?

Nice, thank you!

@ericmigi.com does the ring require a pebble watch in order to work? I'm assuming the answer is no, but @nirbheek.bsky.social noticed that every photo on the website shows it next to a pebble watch.

Love it!

I'm curious, what motivated you to create this? What's cooking?
November 30, 2025 at 8:07 PM
Oh interesting, how do you tell which one's the dominant color and which one's, say, the vibrant one? I'm reading through that file, and it seems like it's just giving back a list of colors ranked by their frequency?
November 30, 2025 at 4:16 AM
True, but I think you'd want both. A color palette generated from a single seed color isn't going to be a true representation of the image's colors.

Without a scale of reference, that looks like a normal pair of scissors next to some really small badges.
