When I struggle to figure out a #lettering piece, there are a couple methods I use. In this case I made 4-5 iterations of my initial sketch, cut them up and put the best-looking word pieces together 🧩 It also allows for quick composition rearrangements!

The early stages of a mascot design for ☕️ and 🍵. The design has now evolved in a different direction and I find myself looking back at my original sketches, almost wishing I could convince the client to take another route 😜

TL;DR? AI is evil, unsustainable and stupid, and I'd much rather they use their own brains, make their own mistakes, and actually learn something. 🪄
