Expanding capacity of housing whether it be single family homes for sale or rentals helps ease the housing shortage. What about the many Americans who perhaps own a few rentals for passive income?

You should enjoy your life throughout your working days. No one guarantees you any time at the end. My brother’s cancer ended him in his 50’s, but he enjoyed life.

We have seen this “Nation Building” crap over and over, never seems to work out the way they envision. This won’t either. Trump will squander more of our tax dollars on his way to grifting for his friends and family.
