Before seeing you reconstruction, I just assumed it was the diminutive form of /da:n/ and the got feminized. Of course this is assuming that /dawe:ntī/ is 'my ear' singular.
Like how in some dialects you get /3e:nte:n/ "two eyes".
Also, you have عوينات in Lebanese Arabic meaning glasses.

It makes sense, because /qulla/ is also found in Classical Arabic in many contexts. Ibn Manzour in Lisan Al-Arab says it could be anything from a large pot to a small cup: tafsir.app/lisan/%D9%82...

In Sudanese Arabic, it is gulla. Is it the same reanalysis? /ʔ/ -> /q/ -> /g/. In Sudanese Arabic /q/ is either /g/ or /k/ (new MSA words with /q/ has a different sound)
