if I had to guess the type of people climate change was attracted to, I'd probably guess this 😂 would you?

Now, a new study of over 500,000 participants shows that the environment (aka nurture), might play a 10x bigger role than your genes 🤯

This can be what you eat, where you live, and how you exercise, and it once again shows the importance of life saving health policies!

On Singapore's new therapeutic gardens 😍

They're also not stopping there - Singapore is building these really cool art therapy galleries, flotation treatment centres, and even curative light studios too!

Would you visit these gardens?

Genuinely so shocked at the discourse around the #hmpvvirus being like #covid and causing another lockdown. #publichealth #phdecoded #fakenews

Having said that, I recently decided to start a social media page to decode public health in a way that is accessible to everyone - hoping, in some small way, to reduce the misinformation out there while also improving the trust of people towards healthcare professionals and scientists.
