I will cede my side of the convo out of acknowledgement that my knowledge of voltages and electricity is not nearly enough to make a case, HOWEVER!
Even at 20' something, one should still be able to see most power lines and poles. Caution to be had, but I still wouldn't let it stop you!

It's true that I'm not super fond of the sensation that is electricity, but in those moments when you could be 5' something to suddenly being 20' something (or more!), I think I could handle a mild unpleasantness.
