I agree with your entire sentiment, but mostly I’m here for the spell shaming. Seriously. It offends me that all these fucking masters of the universe can’t spell. These are the people who should have imposter syndrome, but of course they don’t.

It’s really good. I think the keys are pounding the pork chops, finding pork chops with a little tiny bit of marbling, which can be hard to find in a thin cut pork chop, and of course, not overcooking.
