Bronwen was a wonderful guest and hugely inspirational. After studying at Goldsmiths and Camberwell College of Arts, Bronwen returned to her Welsh roots to build a thriving practice making wearable art jewellery from waste plastic collected on local beaches.

The required ecological surveys to investigate concerns would incur more than £ 10,000 of unexpected expenses on top of the projected upgrade costs.

To avoid the inflated costs, the planned measures for the properties were amended to remove the external wall insulation & install solar PV instead.

The hospital recently had £2.7m in funding from the government's Public Sector Decaronisation Scheme. which helped install 500 new windows, a new ventilation system and rooftop solar panels, along with the removal of a chimney and gas boilers 🔥
