This is my best boy Buddy, sadly no longer with us, enjoying the bluebells. ( you can't see it but there is a path, so he rarely damaged any)

"Breakout" by Swing Out Sister takes me back to a drive along California's Pacific Coast highway on a holiday with an ex-boyfriend in the late 80's. He's a dim memory but not the song or the experience! 🌄

Not so many here (Herefordshire) this year, so I'm making up with hedgerow damsons. Already soaking in their gin 'bath' after a drying out in the oven to intensify the flavour.
