Noem said at presser shortly after her ICE agents brutally shot Renee Nicole Good in face that agents were “digging out of a snow storm” when she drove her car and “tried to run them over” so shooting Renee was “self defense”. BS Noem does realize this incident is on VIDEO right? 1) Not much snow.
