I don't think I have ME but my nervous system is so Fd up by chronic migraine that I have very few cognitive effort spoons, and there's more info out there on managing ME than chronic pain.

And the grief is definitely real.

I live on my own with very very precarious income and only a limited runway.

Paying other people to alleviate the load isn't an option, I can't rely on a partner and the NHS is non-functional.

I'm in a negative spiral of being unable to fight entropy but the chaos around me drains me more.
