Had the honour of chairing a conference session with Prof Chris Whitty at todays Kings Fund annual conference. So lucky to chair a brilliant session at Kings Fund conference today on population health. I said I was joined by rock stars - population health rockstars Kevin Fenton & Bola Olowabi, patient engagement guru Jacob Lant and Dave Higham, bringing lived experience to the fore. So inspiring, thank you!
