If you choose somewhere around Feb 27, that is a new moon - helpful for aurora viewing. And you can check out the World Ice Art carving championships even if it is cloudy! (Final judging event is Mar 2? Mar 3? Sorry, I’d have to re-look it up)

I dunno — looks like it is coming along to me. I am also a believer in imperfect things are still good things. I have also taken whole things apart and redone them which is painful but saves the warp
