Just crossed the equator....

Drifting into a 4knt rip current off the coast of Mombasa, Kenya & the lee side. The current sounds like a gentle stream bubbling. Speed thru water is negative and speed over ground is building speed.

Incase you have not seen a juvenile flying fish...

Yellow Tail - A deep sea fish struggling on the surface of the sea. Probably caught and thrown away by a fisherman, as the the sac must've filled with air, preventing the fish from going back down.

Off the coast of Dar-Es-Salam, Tanzania.

While taking off, saw this high pressure stream of air coming from the starboard side of the engine and coiling over the wing. Went away some time later after we took off.

I fly frequently, but this is the 1st time I've seen this happening. What is it?
