A visitor came to see [patient with disease of addiction] and now they are [asleep, altered, happy, snoring] and I think the visitor gave them some [drugs, alcohol, etc.]

Reminds me of “pizzas for everyone”. Dogs are great…they are not the answer to the record levels of physician burnout and attrition 😔

LFTs aren’t LFTs

LFTs are muscle tests (AST>ALT)

LFTs are RBC tests (AST, indirect bili)

LFTs are inflammation and systemic stress tests (albumin, ind bili)

LFTs are nutrition tests (INR, albumin)

LFTs are plasma cell and immune tests (tot protein - albumin)

LFTs are bone tests (ALKP)
