Hey @verizonofficial.bsky.social, I've had to call customer service 3 times, and I'm still getting the run around on why my bill is over $400 more this last month. We were charged for 156 minutes of international calling, but all calling was done via Wifi (which is free per your website).

These refs are so atrocious
