Also, I hope my next skeet celebrates something other than the end of a season of Silo. Just not the end of the world!

I finished season 2 of Silo last week and while I’m still intrigued, this season was mess-y. The pacing in the middle episodes was all over the place. Hoping for a more consistent level of storytelling in the next season.

I thought that was just me! I lost hours of my life trying to make it through that first level.

Disney’s still playing chess with Desantis (and he’s off playing something else). While it can feel interesting to watch on the sidelines, you have to remember there are people’s livelihoods tied up in this mess.

It’s terrible that a number of cast members who refused to relocate from CA to FL already left Disney. Some Imagineers who left had been a huge influence on the Parks and had been with Disney for quite some time.

At the end of the day, though, the content is what will make or break it. CEO David Zaslav is on a cost-cutting and “franchise expanding” tirade - he has a long way to go to earn trust in his direction.

I also tried out the @skyspaces.bsky.social app, a neat way to bring audio spaces to Bluesky. I tuned into a space today - the sky really is the limit with what devs can do!
