Oh Gosh, as a writer, my every fibre of my very being cannot take the ai content out there anymore. It hurts my head, my life, it takes my breath away, the breadth of this disease in its insidious spread puts such fear in my soul. The death of real content, buried.

If I was white American, I would mobilise my family, my friends, my neighbours, my town. I would walk kids to schools, drive neighbours to work. Mobilise thousands to the streets for no other reason but freedom.

I am gifted beautiful journals every year, and year by year, I only have random scribbles and shopping lists in them. Yet on bits and pieces of tissues and torn scarps, I have written profound poetry. Once, I even wrote a line...that grew into a 60,000-word novel.
