@helge I'm sure that you're right about some people not wanting to have to learn a new thing. I try to embrace new stuff, despite being an old greybeard, but it's not always easy.

I think though that the wider problem is people not wanting to fully let go of that 100% control - or more often […]

@helge I think there's also a fundamental misconception that some people have about the point of SwiftUI.

We are used to being 100% in control of every pixel of the UI. That means micromanaging the implementation.

@ricobeck good to hear. I've got an existing mac mini set up as a GH runner and web server, and it's already running docker, so maybe that's the path of least resistance to start.
