I was pointing to a way tackle it. On AI - there is no going back. Just like with the steam engine, machinery in agriculture, etc. I don't get the toxic attitude. I guess you like the Twitter culture. Fine. Blocked.

How did Mark become the bad guy on this? The emotional responses are understandable but not helpful. We are just in the beginning of this transformation but it's moving fast. Citizens ought to work with elected officials to reshape the relationship between capital and labor/citizens. Time is short.

I really enjoyed "1000 Years of Joys and Sorrows" by Ai Weiwei. It put the fundamental weakness of China on display.

You seem to be nice guy. But you are quoting Xi? Are you just drunk on the cool aid or intellectually subservient? It’s silly. If you want to argue for the Chinese system, you can do better than quoting Xi. The capitalism you’re talking about can be gone in a heartbeat. Marxism comes first.

Why are you making it abt BYD v Tesla/Musk? Don’t hold back on the latter. Share bad stories! I am not a fan. My point is that it’s not a choice between BYD or Tesla - there are options. I would never buy a Chinese car. Period. My conscience, my choice.

What do you mean? What about US factories? Plenty of other EV options than Chinese cars. Many in Europe and other Asian countries. I am hoping for Alfa Giulia EV.

Nah - better stay clear of BYD. Slave like conditions in Brazil factory, environmental issues at other factories, etc. And it doesn’t make a whole sense if you are concerned with Tesla being a Nazi mobile. China is a totalitarian regime.

No fight in the leadership. They need to find a Harry Reid. Schumer should have been replaced. Jeffries need to study AOC learn about clarity and urgency.
