I remember Sleepeaze from Boots - think the pharmacist can give them to you - have been a good solution for me quite some time ago. Give it a go and yup, agreed with no Fitbit on anything else ‘counting’ your sleep, it’s only you who can say if you had a good night’s rest. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
