No due process means he decides your guilt or innocence. Not the courts. Not a judge or a jury.

No longer will you be deemed innocent until PROVEN guilty.

You’ll be declared guilty and snatched off the streets with no recourse.

Is the wisdom of the Constitution kicking in yet?
"We cannot give everyone a trial," says the president of these United States.

A strong trade union movement improves the standard of living for all people.

There is a reason why we are the only major country not to guarantee health care for all or have paid family and medical leave.

We must grow the trade union movement in the United States.

Why do people keep caving to this asshole? It’s a painting in a state capitol. Either tell him to go fuck himself or replace it with an even more unflattering painting.

From the Editorial Board:

In a city filled with dog lovers, this whole troubling business is worthy of some serious citywide examination and mitigation by Commonwealth Edison, the city of Chicago and private building owners.
Editorial: Latest worry for Chicagoans is electrocuted dogs
A dog should be able to walk the streets of Chicago without fear of electrocution.

God Bless Canada.
Freeland: Our retaliation is going to be a lot more surgical than that. We are going to go after American stakeholders who matter to The White House. I have proposed a 100% tariff on all Teslas. I am calling on all the countries that are affected by this tariff to join us

She’s right. Humphrey’s Executor v. United States has protected board members of independent federal agencies from removal without cause and a hearing - including members of the National Labor Relations Board - since 1935. Trump is violating the law. Good on Weintraub for taking a bold stand.
Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.
