Staveley Flapjack
6 oz butter
6 oz demerara sugar
2 tbsp syrup
8 oz rolled oats
3 oz plain flour
Small tsp ginger
Melt butter, sugar and syrup in a pan. Stir in oats, flour and ginger. Put in a lined baking tray then bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
