This is brilliant! Great even. However It didn’t happen in Kansas City. Although there was plenty of pig references and anti-Trump imagery this wasn’t one of them at Kansas City. Does anybody know where this happened? Accuracy and truth is so important even on tiny things like this. We are not them.

Yes. That’s what we’re doing. That’s the point. We are eating in, and sending the money that we would have spent dining out to our local food bank.

Eating in to help out. Eat at home and donate the $$ you would’ve spent eating out to your food bank. Better yet throw a party serve a simple soup and some bread, invite everyone you know and collect checks for your food bank. Eat in to help out.

I didn’t say your emotions were wrong. You do you. Do what you want in your head. Say it out loud. It’s just irrelevant. Cry. Don’t cry. My feelings & your feelings are irrelevant. If we don’t think strategically we’re all screwed.

First, not a dude. One of the people that responded to my post says we need to continue shooting our way out and will. Many are not decrying this violence.

And if we shoot our way out, what will be left? Everybody thinks that they’re right. Shoot outs in the street and let God decide? Look at Haiti? Gangs controlling almost all of the capital. Have you ever lived in an actual revolution?

Your emotional response is irrelevant. We can’t join this administration on the side of extra judicial actions. Trump has turned his back on the rule of law. If we rejoice about this we join him. I can have empathy for someone I do not respect. That’s what it means to be a civilized human.

Ok Really feels like we’re in the midst of a hunger games dystopia. Show many people on both sides acting out of their baser nature. I’m not saying the sides are equal, not saying there’s good people in both sides. It’s not civilized to root for your opponent’s death.

I hope he makes it. I hope he recovers. Then he’ll have a chance to reconsider. There is no assassination that we should celebrate. We need gun control. We need everybody safe.

This! It’s easy to be sarcastic and make fun of maga folks. Trade memes back-and-forth. Yell at protest. But we’re not thinking strategically. We had two maga supporters in our circle and now we only have one-because my sister has changed. And we are still loving on the other. No debate. Just love.
