Same here. It’s one of my favorite songs. So about a month ago I was actually in Bangor listening to Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson. There’s a railroad right next to the amphitheater, and what came down the track? A whole bunch of boxcars!

In New Hampshire it’s pronounced BER-lin, not ber-LIN as in Germany.

Since this nightmare began 10 years ago, it’s been pretty consistent: 1/3 are horrified, 1/3 are cheering it on, and 1/3 are clueless. Only the second group is willingly abandoning democracy, but yes, it’s a huge number of people.

I had a Canadian roommate in college in the 70s. He could name all but a couple of the US states. My other 3 US roommates couldn’t name half of Canada’s provinces. It was a college I guarantee you’ve heard of.
