Lifting regularly has been one of the best things I could have done for myself. Been about a year since I last posted. I started lifting recently tho and I gotta be one of those guys now: getting regular exercise actually works gangbusters for my physical/mental health and emotional regulation. Early days and I'm built like Patrick Star in his underwear but I feel tons better.

Anyway, the march to the Edsa People Power monument was empowering and inspiring as expected.
