Been reading this book on and off since around June, with 20 Chapters left (roughly 200 pages) I have decided my goal is to finish by the end of this month (/end of the year).

This is how I exclusively make eggs these days. Hard or soft boil, peal, and marinade. Plenty of easy Japanese and Korean recipes for your egg marinade on the internet.

Where I live, eggs haven't got too crazy in price, luckily.

About a decade ago I was a visual merchandiser at a Forever 21 in Boston. Working in fashion to some capacity was all I wanted at the time so styling mannequins was a step in the right direction. People bought these outfits and it was so fulfilling when i got to see it!
