Dear parents/caretakers:
If getting a #Flushot, or some other #immunization, pls never, ever put the decision to an eligible child all of a sudden-It all but GUARANTEES the outcome. If we must discuss it, that is fine. We can make time. Otherwise it amounts to a set up.

Outcomes and continue to improve after 30 days. Don’t lose hope.
