@jackpittbrooke.bsky.social Listening to VFTL, I think it’s clear that Ange is managing Maddison’s minutes and he prefers midfield based on what kind of game he anticipates. Transitional he favors Sarr and now Lucas, possession will favor maddison. Also Biss and Bentancur have had suspensions btw

Nice to see a spurs win.

Spurs played Thursday, and had to play almost the exact same line up. Liverpool played a heavily rotated squad on Wednesday. They looked the sharper more ready team. Couple that with their obvious quality advantage, and you get that result. Just a reality of the gulf between the two clubs.

Spurs broke their win lose win lose streak. Why do I feel empty inside???
