Fast X is genuinely one of my favorite movies of the past 5-6 years and I always love the nonsense tech jargon that action movies but my favorite line ever might be when they get all of their money stolen and Luda’s character goes “decrypt the blockchain!”

Love how much Korra is a girlfail. The prototype. Most powerful bender in existence but she is still just 18. Short temper, impetuous, prickly, tries to punch her way through everything, cares way too much, sucks at being still. Never fucking stops trying. The true GOAT.

I guess technically any bender except a fire bender can blood bend. Blood is water, a bunch of minerals including iron, and oxygen.

Watching Legend of Korra again and I forgot that the first time Mako meets Asami she runs him over and the Princess treatment’s him. She’s like “I’ll take you out to dinner at {fancy place}” and he’s like I don’t have nice enough clothes and shes like “don’t worry baby boy 😉”

We just moved to Berkeley and I am thankful for Middle Eastern and North African coffee shops. We have a ton of Ethiopian, Syrian, and Yemeni coffee shops around us and boy do they make Starbucks freakin irrelevant.

I went to my first business pitch type dinner with some big tech guys at a fancy sushi restaurant a few weeks ago (on them) and at one point in the dinner the VP of Sales who was there literally said word for word- “So what kind of proprietary technology are you building?” Lol

My favorite part of the latest Mission Impossible is when Simon Peggs character grandly states that a huge data center holds “100 billion gigabytes” but then offhandedly reveals a flash drive they are going to use that holds “150,000 TB”. In case you were wondering 100 billion gb is 100,000 TB.

I thought I was making it up because every time I come back to Orange County I feel like I can’t breathe as well but no our air quality is significantly worse across the board than SF and the Bay’s. Thank god we are moving.
